Effective November 16, 2003, CME will implement an enhancement to the GLOBEX RLC market data messages sent over Channel Four of the MDN.  The enhancement will provide you with second and centisecond information from the GLOBEX host on all products except for Interest Rates.    This feature will be added to the Interest Rate products in the future.    This enhancement will be transparent to you as we will be utilizing previously reserved internal-only fields: 13 – 16.  This change will apply to all messages excluding the MI and MO messages.  Additionally, we have updated the MD API 2.0 Message Specification (RLC message format) document with information about this change atwww.cme.com/mdapi.
